A delegate’s registration fee includes :
· Access to all scientific sessions
· Conference package
· Refreshments during the coffee breaks
· Welcome reception Monday, August 13
· Concert Tuesday, August 14
· Group tour (lunch not provided)
· Proceedings with CD-ROM
Please remember that the delegate’s registration fee will not cover accommodations, banquet
(although a small portion of your registration fee will be applied toward the banquet), conference
lunches and LP07 conference tours. Accompanying persons are entitled to attend reception, concert, group tour, and banquet.
All prices are quoted in USD($) or KRW(￦). Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. Registrations received without payment will not be processed or confirmed until payment has been received in full.

Visa, Master Card, and American Express are the only credit cards accepted. Please enter all relevant information on the registration form. It is also imperative that the name of the credit card holder is clearly mentioned if it differs from the name of the registrant. Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate payment made to INICIS이니시스
|By bank transfer|
Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to registration fees. The bank transfer must clearly state the name of the conference and the name of the participant, as unidentified bank transfers cannot be processed. Participants are also requested to send a copy of the bank remittance receipt with their registration form to the Conference Secretariat by email LP07@knu.ac.kr or by fax at +82 53 746 9007.

|Confirmation of Registration|
Registration will be acknowledged by e-mail within minutes after submitting the online form. The final confirmation letter will be sent by email within a week upon receipt of full payment, including a confirmation of your requirements according to the submitted registration form. We strongly recommend presenting this confirmation letter upon arrival at the onsite pre-registration desks in order to collect your name badge and conference materials in the most efficient manner possible.
If you have not received the official registration confirmation e-mail within one week from the time of submission, please contact the Conference Secretariat at LP07@knu.ac.kr or at +82 53 746 9007.
Any cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat by email at LP07@knu.ac.kr or by fax at +82 53 746 9007 and will be subject to the following conditions :
· For cancellations received by May 30, 2007 :
90% of full registration fee will be refunded (10% administrative charge required)
· For cancellations received from May 31~July 31 2007 :
50% of the full registration fee will be refunded
· For cancellations received after July 31 :
No refund will be provided (including cancellation of banquet). In addition, no-shows to the conference will be charged the full fee.
All refunds will be processed after the conference and all bank service charges will be deducted from the refunded amount. Requests for reimbursement must be sent in writing. Refunds will be processed through the end of October, 2007.
